Britt Hume – An Unapologetic Christian

Hats off to Britt Hume – veteran Fox political news anchor and commentator!

Today, where it is commonplace to bash Christian viewpoints, Hume took it with both barrels from the heathen, liberal media for the following statement:

“Tiger Woods will recover as a golfer. Whether he can recover as a person, I think is a very open question,” Hume said on the show Fox News Sunday. “The Tiger Woods that emerges, once the news value dies out of this scandal, the extent to which he can recover, seems to me, depends on his faith. He’s said to be a Buddhist. I don’t think that faith offers the kind of forgiveness and redemption that is offered by the Christian faith. So my message to Tiger would be, Tiger, turn to the Christian faith and you can make a total recovery and be a great example to the world.”

The liberal talking heads, Jon Stewart amongst the brain dead, take aim at Christian viewpoints because Christians, for the most part, don’t seem to fight back as much as Islamic or Jewish believers, who upon being dissed by another religion, send Jihadists to burn down your house or a team of lawyers from B’nai B’rith International, respectively.

Hume told Christianity Today:

“…It is simply a fact of life that the two most explosive words in the English language appear to be Jesus Christ. You don’t even need to say them if you speak openly of Christianity.”

What do you think?

  1. I watched the clip with Britt saying that….I was shocked then stood up and cheered! Finally someone will stand up for Jesus….
