Salmonella outbreak, Cargill Industries and GMO Turkey feed…

The recent Salmonella outbreak with a death in California and dozens of states finding traces of the virulent organism in ground turkey has found its way back to Cargill Industries, the largest international grain trader and grower of genetically modified organism(GMO) crops.

This sounds like a duck, walks like a duck and swims like a duck – and perhaps it is simply another replay of what happened in Europe a few weeks ago  with e-coli contamination of sprouts…and a couple of years ago with e-coli contamination of spinach in Salinas, California.

In each of these cases, suspicion now begins to surface that GMO processes were the culprit – rather than unsanitary handling procedures during the food preparation and packing activities.

As we have discussed in prior blogs, virulent bacteria are the order of the day in horizontal gene transfer operations designed to create modifications to normal seeds and plants which find their way to your dinner table by way of garden products, beef and poultry.

Poultry and beef are regularly fed grains created by GMO procedures – resulting in residuals of the virulent bacteria occurring in each and every molecule of the wonderful barbecued beef, turkey or  chicken you might serve tonight for your family.

When GMO companies begin being "God in the Garden"...strange things happen

So, it is quite likely that there is a link between this salmonella outbreak and the GMO feed supplied by Cargill, Archer Daniels Midland and other genetically driven industrial giants – and the turkey that ate the grain, that was butchered and packaged in a clean environment…but ended up on your dinner plate with virulent bacteria used in the GMO process.

Think about it…and see if someone smart in the food industry connects the dots for this issue…well, don’t hold your breath.

What do you think?

By the way…have you had your BananaFish today?

  1. my rabbits won’t eat the corn that comes in the scratch mixture.

I’m talking after a day of no food, the corn is still sitting in the bowl yet they are climbing the walls to be fed.

    The animals know.

I am seriously considering cutting all corn and corn products from my diet and that of my family. I realise I would have to remove soy products and sugar beet products as well. Back to basics and home made/ home grown. Don’t know what will do when the alfalfa goes completely GMO

  2. More and more concerned consumers are starting their own gardens or greenhouses – but being careful that the seed they use are not GMO and the soil does not contain dangerous microbes that come from strange sources like bat, chicken or cattle droppings. There is so much money at stake in global food control that not only are many of the suspect corporations blinded but also the FDA, CODEX and a whole host of politicians on the State and Federal levels are complicit in this egregious activity. Knowledge is the beginning of better health – gs
